Rules
Upon check-in, each guest will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to the following rules. Violation of these rules may lead to eviction without a refund, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential additional charges. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere on the property, all guests must strictly adhere to the following rules. It is expected that all individuals conduct themselves responsibly, and any breach of these rules will not be tolerated by the management. The management reserves the right to evict any guests found in violation of these rules. Please note that once payment is made, the full amount paid by the guest is considered earned by the property, and therefore, no refunds will be issued.
Here are the key rules:
No unregistered guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the guest room at any time.
No parties or gatherings: Parties, noise, disturbances, or any activities that disrupt the rights of other guests are strictly prohibited.
No alcohol for guests under 21: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in guest rooms if the guests are under the age of 21. Kegs are strictly prohibited at all times.
Damage and cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items found at the end of their stay. Rooms must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. The deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover cleaning and restoration expenses, including but not limited to bedspreads, sheets, towels, carpet stains, and wall scuffs.
